Items purchased from non-authorized resellers do not have any warranty. ONLY products purchased directly from XPin or an XPin authorized reseller are covered under our warranty.
This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, with proof of purchase if requested by XPin. We gladly accept returns on our products if they are defective, but any damage to our products as a result of an improperly wired or malfunctioning machine will not be eligible for a refund. You are responsible to make sure your machine is in working order and reflects them before installing our products.
The assumption is made that your game reflects the design documentation available in the original game manuals and technical documents. Our products have been tested on many, but not every machine represented on these pages. XPin cannot be held responsible for damage to your machine as a result of our products unless it has been determined that a manufacturing defect existing on the XPin product is responsible for the damage. All XPin products are warrantied for 2 years against manufacturing defects.
